Lately we’ve been having very hot days here in Mexico City, so it was just a matter of time for me to bring out the shaker and start experimenting with it.
I really, really, really LOVE gin, and absolutely adore Dirty Martinis so this time I tried to come up with something very similar but using whatever I had available at home.
After a lot of trial and error (cheers everyone!) I came up with this very refreshing version of my favorite martini.
Dry Corntini
- 1 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 Baby corn and brine
- 30 gr Diced cucumber
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir, and strain into a chilled old fashioned glass.
- Garnish with cucumber, lime and half of a baby corn.
If you find it too dry you can top you glass up with some soda.
