Al fresco Farm to Table experience
in the beautiful canals of Xochimilco
We'll meet at the beautiful UNESCO site to embark on an amazing journey through canals and wild marigolds. What makes this experience so special? We invited 2 renown chefs to cook a lunch full with dishes inspired in those food that remind them of their beloved departed. So each bite will be full of remembrance, honor and deliciousness. We'll also enjoy an artisanal mezcal tasting, and a tour around the chinampa so we get to know a bit more about this gorgeous site.
To top it off, we also want you to contribute building the altar by bringing a photo of someone you loved and has passed or a small meaningful item that reminds you of them, so it can be a part of our altar.

What's included?
·. We'll meet close to the Cuemanco pier to navigate through the beautiful canals of Xochimilco on board of a colorful trajinera, to enjoy delicious Pan de Muerto and Chocolate.
· Learning about the ancient farming system of chinampas and enjoy the locally grown veggies.
· An artisanal mezcal tasting with Omar Trejo from Mis Mezcales with a selection straight out of his private stash so we can learn about this precious Mexican spirit.
· We'll have a collaborative altar, so we encourage you to bring an item or photo that reminds you of your beloved departed to be remembered by.
· We'll feast on amazing food cooked by incredibly skilled chefs who will share the dishes they would cook for their passed loved ones. An very meaningful, significant moment.
