This is my favorite salsa, so easy to make and delicious.
Keep an eye on the chilies when being roasted, pay attention to changes in color and shine.
You want them to be toasted to get a nice smoky flavour but not burned since they will turn bitter.
1 Garlic clove
6 Dried red chillies
Pinch of Salt
Place the tomatoes on a hot surface or cast iron pan.
Cut the onion in half and put in next to the tomatoes and garlic.
Turn all the ingredients once they're black and cooked and continue doing it until all the ingredients are cooked.
Put all the ingredients in a blender tomatoes first.
Remove the stem from the chillies and toast for 2-3 minutes stirring constantly.
Put the chillies and salt with the rest of the ingredients in the blender and mix.
Serve in a cute bowl.
